Guillermo IVANISSEVICH Argentinian, was Managing Director and Investment Bank Head of Citigroup Argentina until 2007 He was also a Board Member and spent 27 years at Citigroup. His complementary banking experience at Citigroup includes Corporate Banking, Risk Management and Transaction Banking.

His most relevant transactions include the M&A advisory of Pioneer, Devon, Havana, Tia, Parmalat, Lozano, Perez Companc, Georgalos, Villavicencio, Repsol and Societe Generale, the structured acquisition financing for the privatizations of Central Puerto and Piedra del Aguila, the project financing for Hidra, Autopistas del Sol, CTI, Minera Alumbrera and Mega. He led several syndicated loans, as Arco, Techint, Petrobras, VCC, Supermercados Norte, Grupo Clarin and Edenor, the securitization of Aerolineas Argentinas, as well as the debt restructuring and liability management of Siderar, Banco Hipotecario, Banco de Galicia and the Province of Buenos Aires. He also worked on major international bond issuances such as the ones of Quilmes, Perez Companc, Telefonica, TGS and the Republic of Argentina, as well as the equity IPO’s for Telefonica, Telecom, YPF and, most recently, Ternium for the Techint Group.

Mr. IVANISSEVICH holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Menlo College & School of Business Administration, Stanford, California U.S.A. and M.B.A. from E.S.E.A.D.E. Buenos Aires, Argentina.
